Police are trying to find the person or people responsible for breaking into Kinderbeez Children Consignments in Duncan.
North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP say somebody stole cash and damaged the store on the night of January 25th.
The owner of the store, Renee Lyon, has a reputation for helping those less fortunate and news of the incident has some in the Cowichan Valley wondering how they can help.
Lyon says she is hoping that all of the social media attention she has been getting will help find the people that responsible for the break in.
Lyon says she usually doesn’t keep money at the store, but she did that night, and it was the monthly pay for her and her employees.
