The judicial review prompted by the Shawnigan Residents Association is done.
The Association wants the province to pull the permit for the soil dump at the south end of Shawnigan Lake.
Calvin Cook, president of the Association says there was a lot of material presented and the judge has his work cut out for him…..
Cook figures it will be a couple of months before a decision is made.
In the meantime, though, the judge suggested he will rule on a “stay” within the next couple of weeks.
