Horrendous traffic and idling vehicles are some of the issues residents have with a proposed new development at Berkey’s Corner.
A public hearing was held on the project at the North Cowichan Municipal Hall last night.
Some of the tenants include drive-thru’s and Mayor Jon Lefebure says that’s been an issue of concern as well….
The project planning is in the very early stages and if it gets the green light construction would start in July.
