Nanaimo RCMP is asking the public to help identify a man who exposed himself to a female driver. The incident happened around 3:30pm on Wednesday April 27th, in the area of Highland Boulevard and Cosgrove Crescent.
The woman told investigators she saw the man when she pulled over to the side of the road to answer a phone call. She says the suspect walked up to her door, unzipped his pants and exposed himself to her. The woman immediately drove away but managed to come back and take a picture of the suspect.
The man is believed to be either First Nations or of South Asian descent, between 50 and 60 years old, with extremely weathered skin.
He may have been intoxicated at the time, and was having difficulty walking.
