The contaminated soil case at Shawnigan Lake will be back in court in Vancouver this week.
CVRD area director, Sonia Furstenau says the judge hearing the case, back in March, ruled a contaminated landfill was not a permitted use at the Stebbings Road site at the south end of Shawnigan Lake….
The case is set to be heard tomorrow (Wed) and Thursday.
