The jury in the Kevin Addison trial is expected to be charged with deciding the fate of the 49 year old former mill worker Tuesday.
Addison is facing two counts of first degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
Lawyers in the case gave their closing arguments to a packed, standing room only courtroom in Nanaimo Monday.
The defense is claiming depression made Addison do it while the Crown says he came to the Western Forest Products Mill back on April 30th two years ago intending to get revenge.
The widow of one of the men who died in the shooting is Marlene Lunn…..
The trial started 11 days ago.
