There’s a wind warning for both the Sunshine Coast and East Vancouver Island.
Ross MacDonald, Operational Meteorologist with Environment Canada says winds will reach 70 km/h over northern sections of East Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast.
MacDonald says people should avoid wooded areas and prepare for a possible power outage.
