Vancouver Island University says their academic undergraduate enrollment went up 2.8-percent compared to this time last year.
Registrar Frank Jacklin says these numbers are encouraging. Another highlight is their increased enrolment in Aboriginal youth. Jacklin says over 1 thousand people are currently enrolled, with 650 of them in university programs.
As of October 1st, there are a total of 10 thousand-190 students enrolled in programs and courses at Vancouver Island University – an increase of 0.6 percent compared to last year.
