Environment Canada is forecasting snow on parts of Vancouver Island and the Coast this weekend.
Forecaster Armell Castellan sats snow will start on Saturday evening, turning to rain in low lying areas by Sunday night.
Castellan says after Monday, more seasonal temperatures on Vancouver Island are expected with highs between 5 to 7 degrees and overnight lows around 0.
