Nanaimo-Cowichan NDP MP Jean Crowder will not be seeking re-election when Canadians head to the polls in October 2015, but that doesn’t mean she won’t be heavily involved in the federal election.

Crowder, along with Alexandre Boulerice MP for Rosemont-La Petite Patrie in Quebec, has been tasked with developing the NDP’s election strategy for the 2015 national campaign.

Crowder says she doesn’t believe the additional responsibilities will affect her work in the Nanaimo-Cowichan riding.
