Most Western Forest Products employees returned to work when the Nanaimo mill reopened this morning after last week’s shooting.

WFP President Don Demens says looking after their employees needs is their top priority right now.

Demens says there’s increased security at the mill. He says there’s also counselling available on site.

Each of the other FP’s other mills, which re-opened yesterday, held a moment of silence for the victims of the Wednesday’s shooting.

Private memorial services for the 2 men are being held Saturday in Nanaimo.
