The MP for Cowichan Malahat Langford is hosting a town hall on small plane traffic in North Cowichan.
Alistair MacGregor says residents in Chemainus, Crofton and other nearby neighbourhoods have shared concerns around increased plane activity.
Macgregor says he’s hosting the town hall so residents can find out more about regulations and discuss what can be done to reduce flight traffic and the noise issues from it.
MacGregor says residents are concerned about how low the planes fly and the noise that comes from the exercises.
The town hall takes place at the Chemainus Legion on Wednesday from 6:30 – 8pm.
