Constable Amron Russel with the Traffic and Community Engagement Unit of the North Cowichan Duncan RCMP says the approach to encourage drivers to obey the speed limit in school zones will be ramped up this week when the three strikes campaign kicks off….
Russel says the point of the campaign is to make sure everyone stays safe…..
