Strong housing sales in the Cowichan expected

An upward swing in the Cowichan Valley housing market last month means strong summer sales could be on the horizon.
So says Vancouver Island Real Estate Board president Blair Herbert.
Herbert says there is a low interest rate climate on the market right now which bodes well for anybody interested in purchasing a house in the valley.
A total of 485 single-family homes sold last month in the board’s coverage area on Vancouver Island.
