Wind Warning Issued for the Eastern Side of Vancouver Island

Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for eastern Vancouver Island.

A pacific weather system is going to bring winds of up to 80 kilometres and hour to the region and anything that isn’t tied down or secured my get loose and fly through the air, creating the potential for damage or injury.

This system is expected to arrive late this afternoon.
