The Tour de Rock 2018 team will be riding on the highway together for the first time tomorrow (Sat).
The riders will start the mock tour at 9 from Nanaimo and will stop in Ladysmith, Chemainus, and Duncan before heading back, logging around 300 kilometers.
Canadian Cancer Society Spokesperson Tanya Davis says the 2018 team consists of police officers, first responders and guest riders……
The official team ride starts at Port Alice on September 22nd.
On the team this year is, Nanaimo RCMP members, Shane Coubrough and Trevor Nettleton. There is no representation this year from the Duncan/North Cowichan Detachment.
