Vancouver Island food and drink lovers take note: the Savour Cowichan Festival officially kicked off on September 26 in the valley and will be taking place until October 5.
Cathy Mailhot is with Tourism Cowichan, a marketing partner of the event.
She says there will be over 40 artisan producers hosting more than 50 feasts and tastings.
