The new multi-generational community playground at Duncan’s Ecole Mt. Prevost Elementary School is now open.
A member of the parent advisory council is Mona Kaiser.
She says there are still a couple landscaping projects to be completed, however, that won’t stop kids from using the playground.
Construction started in the beginning of last month after a $125,000 grant was awarded to the school by winning the Aviva community competition.
Kaiser says the school has almost paid for the cost of the project and is still looking for donations to pay for the last little bit.
