Island Health only providing limited essential service visits due to power outages

Island Health has released the following statement:

Due to the widespread power outages caused by the windstorm, Island Health is only able to provide essential service visits to home and community care clients in the Duncan and south Cowichan areas on Thursday evening. Affected clients and families have been contacted where possible. Regular service will resume on Friday morning.
