RCMP seek robbery suspects

North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP have released security camera images of the suspects in a January 23rd theft from the Canadian Tire in Duncan.

Around 4 that afternoon somebody walked out of the store with a Fatmax Roofing air-nailer – valued at more than 300 dollars.

RCMP say the suspects, a man and woman, entered the store together. The man took the air-nailer out of its packaging and slipped it into his jacket.

Then they both left, driving off in a white Ford pick-up with BC licence plate JC 7996.

The two are also suspected in other thefts in the area from Duncan to Victoria.

The North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are asking anyone with information co call the detachment at 250-748-5522, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

  • The  woman had blonde hair with dark roots.
  • Approximate age early to mid 30s
  • 5’3″ – 5’5″ 125-135 lbs
  • Wearing a dark sweater, blue jeans, and grey sneakers
