They say some scars don’t show, but the people behind the Wounded Warrior Run are hoping to get more people talking about it.
The Run started Sunday in Port Hardy.
Channing Knull is one of 6 runners covering the 600 kilometres to Victoria. He says Wounded Warriors encourages open conversation with veterans, like himself, who suffer with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Runners will hit Nanaimo Wednesday, then pass through the Cowichan Valley on Thursday before finishing in Victoria Friday.
