The Cowichan Valley Regional District and BC Transit want to hear feedback about recent service changes, and they’re going to go right to the source; by riding the buses and talking to the passengers.
Meribeth Burton speaks for BC Transit. She says they’ll be doing the face-to-face surveys Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The service improvements were introduced last October, and Burton says they expect to have the survey results ready to share with the CVRD in early spring.
