The President of the Vancouver Island & Coast Conservation Society says he’s pleased with the response they received from three of five federal party leaders.
Laurie Gourlay says they sent out a series of questions about the environment, and asked whether the leaders would support a ”Five-Point Conservation Plan For Canada“.
Gourlay says they received answers from Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau, NDP Leader Tom Mulcair and Green Party Leader Elizabeth May.
Gourlay says they never heard back from the Conservatives, and the Bloq Quebecois declined comment.
