The suspect in an incident that triggered a full scale manhunt in the region last week has been arrested.
Cst. Alex Berube of West Show RCMP says 29-year-old Derek Fast was picked up late on Tuesday afternoon in Sooke, not long after police went public with a photo and description.
Fast will be making a court appearance on Wednesday.
