The Mayor says capital projects made up the big stories for 2015 in the city of Duncan.
Phil Kent says some of them, like the diking projects, a partnership between first nations, the regional district and North Cowichan are still ongoing.
For 2016, Kent says a major project for Telus is expected to get going….
Kent says he is cautiously optimistic too about more development in Duncan as there has been some interest and he expects some approvals and development permits will be issued on that front in 2016.
