The Shawnigan Residents Association’s judicial review of an Environmental Appeal Board decision got underway on January 11th in Victoria.
SRA president Calvin Cook says they have new scientific information to present about the controversial South Island Aggregates site.
He says they also have letters denouncing the dumping of contaminated soil from Cowichan Tribes.
The hearing could last as long as two weeks.
