The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that it will hear an appeal from the B.C. Teachers’ Federation.
Mike Ball with the Nanaimo District Teachers Association says they want a reversal of the province’s decision to strip teachers of their bargaining rights around class size and composition.
Meanwhile, the province has released a statement saying they are confident in their legal position, but appreciate the democratic process.
