David Pompeo is back in a Duncan court this week.
A new trial for Pompeo, a former RCMP officer, was ordered by the BC Court of Appeal back in 2014 which said some testimony in the original case was mishandled.
Pompeo was sentenced to two years probation in the original trial in 2013 for aggravated assault.
