The BC Coroners Service has released the name of the man who died following an incident at the Catalyst paper mill in Crofton last Wednesday.
He was 62 year old Brian Norman Allen.
Allen was a heavy machine operator at the mill and that afternoon he was operating a bulldozer piling up hog fuel.
In the early evening, the machine went off the high end of the pile.
Allen was found later by fellow workers.
He had died at the scene.
