Holland Creek plan changes a bit

The Town of Ladysmith is making some changes to the Official Community Plan as it relates to the Holland Creek development.
Specifically, ensuring the preservation of an area of the development known as the Arbutus Hump.
That particular area offers spectacular views of the hillside, town and harbour.
Mayor Aaron Stone says it will change the plans for the developer a bit but the neighbourhood will still be quite desireable…..
The Holland Creek partnership is inviting the public to attend an open house this Thursday (Feb 18) at the Eagles Hall in Ladysmith.
It goes from 4 to 8 and public consultants will be in attendance to answer any questions on the development.
