The Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee is aiming to update the industrial zoning of land on the Island.
To that end a series of community meetings were held yesterday to help residents learn more about, and give feedback on, how the need for industrial land on the Island should be met.

Grove says the feedback from the meetings will be brought forward into a final report…..
He figures the report will be done in about 6 weeks time.
