Tilray tour delayed

Tilray’s Mobile Cannabis Clinic was set to hit the road today (Mon) but the project has hit a snag.
The company says the customization of the airstream trailer is taking longer than expected so the tour has been delayed a couple of weeks.
Once the trailer is ready to hit the road it will travel across B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
Tilray’s VP of Patient Advocacy is Philippe Lucas says the mission of the clinic is outreach, education and access….

Lucas says in some major metropolitan areas there have been obstacles to access because some clinics charge high fees to patients for access to medical cannabis.

In rural settings, Lucas says there have been issues of access because physicians don’t feel they have enough information to recommend the use of medicinal marijuana.
