Stage two watering restrictions in Cowichan

The Province has declared Level 3 or Very Dry drought conditions on Vancouver Island, and the CVRD say our region is even drying – pushing Level 4 conditions.
Stage Two watering restrictions come into effect today (Mon) across the Valley, as a result.
Manager Brian Dennison with the CVRD Water Management Division says residents need to actively think about conserving water.
Dennison ask residents to kindly remind their neighbours about watering restrictions and work together to keep water levels in the Valley at a safe place.
