Staff and SPCA work together at World Parrot Refuge

The BC SPCA, veterinarians and the volunteers at the World Parrot Refuge in Coombs are still trying to formulate a plan.
This after the SPCA recieved some complaints about the conditions at the facility a couple of weeks ago.
Tina Heary, with the cruelty investigation department says everyone is working to make the situation better…..
In the meantime, Heary says no birds have been seized and the SPCA does not have any available for adoption.
