Derelict vessel problems grow

The costs of not dealing with derelict vessels is real.
MP for Nanaimo Ladysmith, Sheila Malcolmson brought the issue to the floor of the House of Commons again, this time, with new information.

She says the collision, which took place in March was just one of three hits or near misses in just a few months this year.
