PM attends FCM conference with positive message

The mayor for North Cowichan was happy to see the Prime Minister, himself, attend the recent FCM conference in Winnipeg.
Jon Lefebure says it was good to hear Justin Trudeau talk about the importance of infrastructure money for smaller communities…
As for those critics who don’t believe sending delegates to conferences such as the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, Lefebure says he believes it’s money well spent.
Lefebure says connections are made and study sessions provide valuable information.
