Toy recalled

Health Canada is recalling children’s doctor playsets.
The toy sets contain a stethoscope and a variety of toy medical instruments.

It was shold at Canadian locations of Dollar Tree and is labelled for ages 2 and above.

The ear buds on the stethoscope and the tip of the syringe might come apart causing a choking hazard to young children.

Neither Health Canada nor Dollar Tree has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of this product.

Almost 32,000 units of the recalled doctor playsets were sold at Dollar Tree Canada locations between July of 2011 and December of 2015.
