Tea lovers can celebrate Canada day at the country’s only working tea farm, as they release the first estate-grown Canadian tea.
Teafarm, located in Duncan, has been growing and harvesting a green tea on their farm for 6 years, and is finally being released for the public to taste. Owner Victor Vesely says the tea is inspired by spring time in the Cowichan Valley.

Vesely says the taste is indescribable.

Vesely says they plan on continuing to grow and sell the Canadian tea.
