Cowichan Valley will have a chance to catch some star hockey players in the making, as Vancouver Canucks prospects are back for their annual development camp at Shawnigan Lake School this week.
The camp starts on Monday and runs through till Thursday. All on-ice practice sessions are free and open to the public.
The first on ice session goes this morning (Monday) from 9am-12pm.
A total of 33 players are on the roster for the camp, including Canucks first pick Defenseman Olli Juolevi.
