No binding arbitration for postal union

Canada’s postal workers have turned down an offer for binding arbitration.

The union has rejected a proposal from the federal labour minister to undergo binding arbitration to avoid a potential work stoppage.

President of the union for Campbell River and the North Island, Ryan Knight, says the whole situation is disappointing to workers…

Knight says he is still hopeful that an agreement will be reached before the lockout deadline hits at 12:01 on Monday.
