Dirty Donations Dropped Off To Local Thrift Store

Staff at the Sassy Lion Thrift Shop in Duncan are frustrated.
That’s after a box was dropped off when the store was closed containing items like an arm sling with possible blood stains and rat feces.
Manager Mary Beth Small says it becomes a health hazard for staff when incidents like this happen, and ask the public to call first before dropping off donations during opening hours.
All proceeds from the Sassy Lion Thrift Store go toward helping community projects and groups like the water park in Centennial Park and the Hospice Society.
