Ladysmith council meets tonight (Mon).
The meetings are being streamed on-line now.
There are a number of issues on the agenda.
Council will consider issuing a temporary use permit to allow for an extreme weather shelter at 631 First Avenue.
The property is held by BC Housing.
They’ll also consider allowing a liquor license for Zack’s Lounge on 1st Avenue.
Council will also be looking at some recommendations from their Protective Services Committee that include more speed watch and speed patrols on Dogwood Drive and moving the drought level signs closer to the highway for better exposure.
