A 46 year old man is in critical condition after being struck by a southbound vehicle while out riding a bicycle.
It happened around 10:30 last night (Thurs) at the intersection of Morden Road and the Trans-Canada Highway in Nanaimo.
After speaking with witnesses, investigators determined the 65 year old man driving the car was proceeding through the intersection on a green light when the cyclist was struck.
