It’ll be a busy weekend on B-C Ferries if you’re heading to or from the mainland.
Spokesperson Deborah Marshall says the traffic pattern on the Labour Day long weekend is different than other summer long weekends.
She says there are a lot of students heading to and from the island as university begins next week…
Marshall says traffic on the Labour Day weekend also tends to be more spread out because some people head home Sunday so they have a day to get the kids ready for school.
