Crown begins presenting evidence in Addison trial

After a one hour delay due to computer problems in the courtroom, the jury got their instructions and the Crown began presenting evidence at the trial of Kevin Douglas Addison in Nanaimo.
The 49 year old Addison is facing two charges of first degree murder and two counts of attempted murder following an incident at the Western Forest Products mill in April of 2014.
The widow of one of the men who died that day, Marlene Lunn says attending the trial isn’t going to be easy for her…..
The judge and jury trial is expected to last until mid October.
