Enrollment is up more than expected in the Nanaimo Ladysmith School District.

Overall, Blain says it appears enrollment is up more than expected, by about 270 students.
That means an extra one point 7 million dollars in funding for the District.
Enrollment numbers for French Immersion programs, specifically, are not yet available.
