Remembrance services will be held at various cemeteries in the Cowichan Valley over the next few weeks.
Armed Forces cadets and other volunteers will place small, white wooden crosses on the graves of local veterans.
Mike Bieling says the first commemoration goes tomorrow (Sat) morning at the All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery at 10:30.
Then on Sunday there are a number of other cemetaries where veterans graves will be marked with the white crosses…..
