That’s what Armel Castellan of Environment Canada says when it comes to the precipitation statistics.
Records for rain have fallen from the Cowichan Valley right up through Campbell River.
Castellan says on the Sunshine Coast too, records were broken and cites what happened in Powell River in October….
Castellan says Nanaimo has been extra soggy…..
Comox, where it rained for 28 days in October, also set a new record with 356 millimeters of rain.
Castellan calls that astounding.
Castellan says communities from the Cowichan Valley right up through Campbell River have been the bullseye for many of this seasons storms.
