The Prime Minister has announced an “Oceans Protection Plan” for responses to tanker and fuel spills along the West Coast.
Premier Christy Clark says she is happy with the plan that includes increased coast guard capacity, new rescue stations, tougher rules for businesses that pollute on the coast, and Indigenous community response teams….
