Results from Duncan Citizen Satisfaction Survey are In!

Respondents to the City of Duncan Citizen Satisfaction Survey rated quality of life at an 8 out of 10.
Cale Lewis with Discovery Research says 400 respondents were asked how the quality of life in Duncan has changed over the last five years. 35-percent says it’s gotten better.
Almost half the people surveyed say there has been no change to quality of life, and 13-percent say it has gotten worse due to crime, safety and homelessness, as well as increased traffic.
Lewis says there was another big change when it came to the most important environmental concern for Duncan residents.
Council says they will use the information received from this study to evaluate how its performing and identify opportunities for improvements. A new survey is scheduled every two years.
Here is the final presentation from Discovery Research provided in the Duncan City Council Agenda.
